Remote Associate Director, Channel Strategy & Fulfillment

Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) is seeking an Associate Director, Channel Strategy & Fulfillment to lead cross-functional programs for access, distribution, and affordability across in-line brands and launches. You will design scalable frameworks, optimize performance, and balance near-term execution with long-term growth in a complex market.

You will partner with Market Access, Channel Ops, and Field teams to ensure preparedness for launches, LOE transitions, and evolving distribution
