Remote Art Director — Unreal Shooter (EU)

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Art Director to own the complete visual identity of a multiplayer PvPvE shooter built in Unreal Engine. You will lead art across characters, environments, animation, weapons, concept art, and UI/UX, while collaborating with creative, design, product, and tech teams.

You will guide a multidisciplinary art team, drive production ownership, and shape scalable art pipelines for Early Access and live content in a fully remote, Europe-wide setting.
