Reliability Engineer – Automotive Semiconductors

STMicroelectronics is seeking a temporary assignment in Grenoble within the Quality and Reliability department for the General Purpose and Automotive Microcontroller division. You will own the full qualification flow for silicon and packages, develop hardware/software necessary for reliability, and monitor tests from definition to production, collaborating with design and test teams.
