The Role

As a Release Engineer at Air Apps, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, reliable, and efficient release process of our applications. You will oversee versioning, build management, and deployment workflows, ensuring that new features and updates are delivered seamlessly to users.

Your role will involve collaborating with development, QA, Dev

Ops, and product teams to streamline and automate release cycles, reduce risks, and maintain high standards for software delivery.

This is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize release pipelines to ensure smooth deployment of software updates.

Define and maintain versioning strategies, ensuring consistency across multiple environments.

Coordinate with engineering, QA, and Dev

Ops teams to ensure timely and stable releases.

Automate and improve build, release, and deployment processes for efficiency and reliability.

Monitor and troubleshoot release-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
