Relationship Manager : Data & Analytics, IA & Gen IA (H/F)

Role context:

We are looking for a Data & Analytics Solution Architect to join TCS France in Paris and support our client ,a big player in an automobile indistry. Operating at the intersection of technology, consulting and business development, you will help identify, shape and convert Data, AI and Generative AI opportunities into high-value solutions and sustainable revenue streams.

The role sits within a Data & Analytics Service Line of more than 300 professionals, generating over USD 18 million in annual revenue. The overall account represents more than USD 100 million in annual revenue.

Your profile:

• You bring at least 12 years of experience in Data & Analytics, with a strong understanding of AI and Generative AI capabilities and related business challenges.
• You combine technical expertise, business insight and the ability to identify and develop commercial opportunities.
• You are confident engaging with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
• You build trusted, long-term client relationships and can mobilise multidisciplinary teams around shared objectives.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry would be a strong advantage.

Key responsibilities:

• Position and promote TCS Data & Analytics, AI and Generative AI offerings, together with relevant market-leading practices, to clients.
• Assess the client environment to identify relevant, high-value use cases and transformation opportunities.
• Shape solution responses and engage specialist teams to develop demonstrations, value propositions and tailored solutions.
• Support opportunity qualification and contribute to converting opportunities into revenue-generating engagements.
• Prepare and lead innovation workshops, executive sessions and client events, including TCS Innovation Days.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and ensure effective coordination across TCS Delivery, Sales and Solution teams.

Skills and experience:

• Proven expertise in Data & Analytics, including architectures, platforms, use cases and key market trends.
• Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies, opportunities, adoption considerations and business value.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, differentiated and value-driven technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify and support the conversion of commercial opportunities.
