Redstone Corporate & Investment Banking Search is a leading provider of search solutions for the corporate and investment banking markets. We are partnering with an international corporate bank seeking Corporate Relationship Managers to cover European, Middle East, Asia, and LATAM SME clients.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
Client Management
- Manage and service existing clients.
- Nurture and develop relationships with existing clients, intermediaries and partners.
- Grow revenue from existing clients through existing products and services as well as from new offerings.
- Engage and develop relationships at the C‑suite client level.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client operations to present optimal value offerings.
Business Growth
- Be proactive and take initiatives for client and business growth.
- Identify potential new clients, intermediaries and partners, and establish new relationships.
- Lead the client acquisition process.
- Manage, analyze and report on CRM system.
- Coordinate and plan marketing initiatives such as road shows and conferences.
- Be willing to spend significant time on international business travel.
Key Qualifications / Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Banker, with at least 4 years as an acquirer of assets or clients.
- An existing network within target market segments.
- Proven track record of cultivating new relations through high‑quality investment services and advice.
- Ability to work with senior staff and support strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
