Relationship Manager

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, understanding customer financial needs, and recommending suitable financial products and services. The role requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new retail merchants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
• Promote Retail Pe's financial products and business loans.
• Generate quality leads through field visits and referrals.
• Achieve monthly business targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Requirements And Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 1-5 years of experience in Medical Representative, FMCG Sales, Pharma Sales, or Field Sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
• Passion for sales and customer engagement.
