Reinsurance Graduate: 18-Month Rotations in Paris

Location: Paris, France

This 18-month fixed‑term placement runs alongside our core graduate programme and offers insight into how our European offices operate across our Reinsurance business. Through a series of structured rotations, you’ll gain practical experience across core areas of the business and develop the technical, commercial and interpersonal skills needed for a career in reinsurance.

What to expect:

• Your programme will consist of job rotations in different teams across functions to include Underwriting, Claims and Operations.
• We also provide an in-depth development programme, helping you to identify and develop your strengths, supported through mentoring, development workshops, networking opportunities and the chance to obtain a professional qualification.
• The opportunity to interact between other office locations.

What you need:

• We are looking for recent graduates holding a Licence (bachelor’s degree equivalent), either predicted or achieved, with strong academic results in subjects such as Law, Economics, Finance, Business/Management or Technology.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• A growth mindset with flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.
• Customer and people focus, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to take ownership and accountability.
• Permanent residency in Paris
• Previous exposure to insurance is advantageous but not essential.
