- Organize and implement project-based management of remediation work: stakeholders, bodies, deadlines, budget, performance indicators, and validation stages. Conduct impact studies to gain a deeper understanding of issues and facilitate decision-making. Within the framework of projects or studies, regularly gather information from contributors to monitor progress and escalate issues to facilitate their resolution directly or through governance bodies. Prepare and lead project coordination and validation meetings. Ensure the quality of studies conducted and the compliance of solutions with regulatory requirements, while respecting the rules and business imperatives of the Brand.
