Regulatory Counsel – FinTech Licensing & EU Compliance

Spiko, a Paris-based fintech, is hiring a Regulatory Counsel to own license programs and cross-border expansion. You'll report to the Head of Legal & Compliance and help position Spiko for EU market launches with the right licenses, procedures, and regulator relationships.

The role blends regulatory strategy with practical compliance work: MiFID/MiCA licensing, passporting across EU/EEA, and ongoing adherence.
