About the role\n

The Legal team turns complexity into clarity by partnering with teams across Revolut to provide sharp, practical advice that helps the business move fast while staying protected. From structuring credit programmes to navigating new markets, the Legal team ensures growth is secure, compliant, and built for the long term.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Legal Counsel to advise on compliance and legal issues around our financial products.

What you’ll be doing\n
    \n
  • Advising on legal issues surrounding the structuring of new and existing financial products
  • \n
  • Drafting customer-facing legal documents for these products
  • \n
  • Contributing to product and commercial teams, helping them design and deliver solutions that are compliant with Swiss legislation
  • \n
  • Managing regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications
  • \n
  • Engaging and working with local regulators
  • \n
  • Handling significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times
  • \n
What you’ll need\n
    \n
  • 4+ years of PQE as a lawyer in Switzerland, either in-house or at a private practice
  • \n
  • To be registered with the Swiss Bar, or in the process of taking the Bar exam
  • \n
  • Excellent academic and law firm credentials
  • \n
  • Experience advising on financial regulations
  • \n
  • Expertise in relevant financial regulations and advising clients on banking regulations, AML regulations, and corporate law
  • \n
  • Confidence making decisions where there's ambiguity or incomplete information
  • \n
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • \n
  • Fluency in English
  • \n
  • Fluency in French or German
  • \n
