Regulatory Compliance Manager (Credit)

About the Role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data‑driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast‑moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk. We’re looking for a Compliance Manager to implement regulatory frameworks around credit features and new products. You’ll keep our consumer protection practice in compliance while advising on regulatory requirements and related controls.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advising on compliance requirements for credit products and related controls for operations across the EEA
• Creating, assessing, and implementing policies from scratch
• Reviewing compliance approvals for credit product initiatives and providing appropriate feedback
• Managing the training programme
• Reviewing and approving marketing communications
• Analyzing complaints to drive better customer outcomes
• Monitoring compliance and horizon scanning for relevant geographies
• Partnering with Risk Managers to resolve reported compliance risks and incidents
• Identifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending remedies to promote compliance
• Liaising with key stakeholders as required, both internal (Legal, Risk, BSA/AML officer, etc.) and external (regulators, advisors, partners, etc.)

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
• A university degree in STEM, business, or finance
• Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
• Expertise with credit products and FOS business model
• A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
• The ability to communicate positively with members of various internal teams and regulators
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
