Regulation and control valves technician
Role Summary:
\nThe Regulation and control valves technician will be responsible for the preparation of assembly work and documentation. This position will also assemble a variety of equipment and tools and perform test requirements. Additionally, the Precision Assembler will be responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, inspecting and reassembly during any repair process. This person will have access to the most modern materials and tools at our facility to accomplish these expectations to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product to our customers.\n You will be responsible for the careful disassembly, cleaning, inspection and skilled repair/rebuild of control valves, butterfly valves, ball- and plug valves and pneumatic actuators using OEM parts.
\nThe tasks are multifaced, also because each type of valve entails a different working method.
\nYou are able to test (control) valves and appendages, using various testing equipment.
\nYou will support our Field Service Technician, to perform work on location, when required.
\nYou will draft clear inspection/repair reports to advise and justify the scope of work.
\nYou are willing to travel 5-10% of your time, willing to work overtime as required on short notice
\nIn this role you will report to our Regional Supervisor Field Service & Service Coordinator and as a team we are responsible for further optimizing the service & repair processes.

\nTechnical diploma ( BAC+2 or equivalent) with preferably minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
\nYou are competent and driven.
\nStrong expertise in industrial valves ( control and regulation) technical lead within the team.
\nYou are a team player but also used to working independently.
\nFurthermore, you are accurate, flexible, customer-oriented and think in terms of solutions.
\nYou have good documentation skills regarding reports and other records.
\nYou are willing to follow training abroad.
\nYou have a good command of the French and technical English level.
