Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and well‑organized workplace and execute autonomous maintenance activities in given scope according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Participate and contribute to continuous improvement activities based on own observations and ideas.

Process execution and daily management

• Execute production according to production orders and other given specifications, work and quality instructions to reach daily production targets set by the Production Supervisor and/or Factory Work Leader.
• Report non‑conformances (e.g., Andon, Downtime, Mark Issue) to relevant parties and fix issues according to instructions.
• Confirm production order operations in a timely manner with given tools and according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) after execution.
