POSITION SUMMARY

The ideal Rare Beauty Regional Trainer – France will be an ambassador for the brand and an expert in Rare Beauty product knowledge, advanced makeup application techniques and service & selling. This person will function as a resource and leader, traveling to support the territory as needed. The Regional Trainer will deliver comprehensive Rare Beauty education and training to the Field Team, Beauty Advisors, and for Rare Beauty’s social platforms. Execute holistic training programs covering brand DNA, product knowledge, and advanced application techniques. These programs aim to empower team members and partners to authentically represent Rare Beauty, enhancing both in-store and online customer experiences. They will be seen as a leader for the brand and will help the Field Team strategize sales within their territory and support their territory in achieving sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work in partnership with VP of Education, Brand Manager, and Director of Global Artistry to determine training needs
  • Act as a liaison between Field Team and Beauty Advisors to monitor and analyze business and support events and trainings to ensure total retail sales goal achievements for the region
  • Train and inspire all partners: Provide in-depth training on product knowledge, advanced makeup application techniques, and service and selling skills across internal teams and retail partners.
  • Conduct in-store trainings, seminars, and master classes to empower all teams with brand knowledge, inspiring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.
  • Partner with Director of Global Artistry to empower Field Teams with comprehensive Education & Training materials and on-going guidance to inspire and motivate
  • Participate in community events and special events, working shoulder to shoulder with Field Teams
  • Develop Engaging/Interactive Education & Training Programs: Collaborate to create dynamic and innovative training materials, including monthly artistry tips, service and selling modules, and talent development resources. These programs are designed to enhance team skills and support ongoing professional growth.
  • Attend All Required Trainings and Meetings: Participate in all scheduled training sessions, meetings, and conference calls to stay aligned with brand updates and team initiatives.
  • Engage Retail Partners and Consumers: Build relationships with retail managers, dedicated store staff, and consumers to enhance client acquisition, engagement, and conversion both in-store and online.
  • Assist / travel to help execute high level events or activations throughout Europe
  • Promote and exhibit brand values of positivity and inclusivity with professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Support and execute in-store events, sales initiatives, and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, revenue growth, and ensure successful product launches — actively engaging with customers and retail partners on the floor
  • Manage a team to strategize exceeding sales targets and identify any opportunities and challenges within the territory.
  • Recruit and hire exceptional freelance to support the Rare Beauty business
  • Must have schedule flexibility, including availability to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month to support in-store events, retail activations, and business needs
  • Will be responsible for staying within T & E budgets and the company expense policy

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 7+ years in Training and Education or as an Account Executive in the Cosmetic Industry.
  • Excellent management, team development and communication skills
  • Strength with time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • 15% in-home or office + 85% in-store or travel
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive / effective business partnerships within Rare Beauty and retail partners
