Regional Technical Sales Support Biofunctionals

Job Overview

Ash Ind France SAS is seeking a Regional Technical Sales Support for its Biofunctionals Business Line within the Personal Care business in EMEA. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager for Biofunctionals and is a high‑visibility position within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support EMEA sales teams and act as a technical expert and ambassador for the Biofunctionals business.
• Visit customers across EMEA, deliver product presentations and provide technical answers to customer briefs.
• Train EMEA sales teams.
• Support distributors through training and technical guidance.
• Drive business growth by supporting and accelerating sales opportunities.
• Represent Ashland at trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, marketing, and regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in cosmetic sciences or an equivalent field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales or a related role in personal care.
• Strong expertise in biological actives with a technical and commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region – 40% to 50%.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the personal care market.
• Home‑office based role.
• Fluent in English.
