Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team, overseeing the French region. This role is perfect for a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the French market.
You will be part of the EMEA Sales team, responsible for driving market share and increasing sales within the graphic film industry. Key responsibilities include developing business with existing and new customers, managing distribution channels, and achieving sales and margin targets. This role requires extensive travel (around 80%) and a deep understanding of the French market. An attractive salary is on offer depending on experience, plus commission.

Requirements
Overall responsibilities
Sales & Growth
- Exceed annual sales targets and gross margins through effective sales strategies.
- Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with marketing objectives.
- Analyse market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
Distribution Management
- Train and support distribution partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Set and monitor performance objectives for distribution partners.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and key end‑users to drive sales growth.
Business Development
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with potential accounts and distributors.
- Advise distributors on growth strategies and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring long‑term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Sales Execution
- Represent the Arlon brand in France, managing leads and product introductions.
- Engage with key accounts and prospects through extensive travel and meetings.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to enhance brand visibility and network.
Sales Planning & Administration
- Document and report sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy.
- Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction, providing strategic feedback.
- Handle administrative tasks, including expense reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years' experience in the graphics signage or printing industry, with a strong understanding of digital print media and modern printing methods (solvent, eco‑solvent, latex, UV) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline is advantageous.
- Sales education with a focus on consultative or solutions selling is preferred.
