Regional Sales Manager – France

Your role will be to proactively grow existing and new business relationships for Ross Video in France, working from home and collaborating with the EMEA HQ and business partners to increase market share in broadcast, OB, studio, cable, and rental sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and maintain existing customer accounts across the broadcast market.
  • Establish productive relationships with Ross Video’s Business Partners.
  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations at customer visits, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Travel to customers and potential customers (approximately 50% of time).
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and account maintenance activities.
  • Follow the Ross Way To Sell disciplines, including Salesforce management.
  • Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate marketing resources to introduce Ross Video products in the region.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings and exhibitions.
  • Assist in marketing activities, provide support to other departments, and prepare periodic sales reports.
  • Monitor competition and assist in resolving customer complaints.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience selling in the broadcast industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of selling and marketing broadcast equipment.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage complex sales to completion.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Experience as an account manager, reseller or system integrator is desirable.
