Direct Sales and growth initiatives for Europcar Mobility Group within the Eastern European and Middle East Regions, working closely with a network of GSAs (external sales force).
Help train and lead a results-oriented GSA network, setting objectives for each GSA and helping them develop and execute on sales strategies to meet/exceed established goals.
Identify, prioritize and help manage key relationships with targeted clients to create measurable business results.
Increase profitability within the assigned region into all Europcar Mobility Group's operating countries.
Develop new business opportunities, utilizing existing relationships and contacts to open new accounts in the region, and maximizing resources, and revenue in countries where we have a presence.
Collaborate with other Regional sales managers and others in the organization to coordinate and support all applicable product, marketing, Increase regional brand awareness through participation in local and national trade shows.
Major areas of accountability
- Set clear objectives and targets for the Eastern European/Middle East regions to deliver revenue growth for the Europcar Mobility Group network
- Define and drive the sales and marketing strategy for the region to ensure objectives are achieved
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of GSAs and Accounts across the region to deliver profitable revenue
- Prospect new revenue sources, including but not limited to Brokers, OTAs, Tour Operators, Partnerships, Travel
- Lead commercial and contracts negotiation with prospects & existing partners
- Introduce a hunting mindset across the whole GSA network in the region and provide tool for the GSA to succeed (Sales Force, etc.)
- Manage the regional Marketing Budget and support the implementation of locally agreed Sales & Marketing plans with partners to promote and increase domestic and outbound sales
- Work closely with the Group support function (Leisure & Corporate Sales, RCM, etc.) to deliver new products and services that will generate additional revenue stream to countries
- Strong collaboration with the Sales & RCM teams in our top markets (corporate and franchisee) to deliver the agreed volume plans while improving margin
- Lead strategic projects for Regional Sales Development team
- Regularly survey local markets and identify new business opportunities
- Provide training for new partners and new team members for existing partners
- Support the shared service centre on the cash collection
- Provide partners with weekly/monthly performance reports as well ad hoc analysis to help them in the decision making process
Personal Profil of position Holder
- Experience within the EMEA region preferred
- Previous experience in car rental, hotels, airlines preferred
- International sales experience required (minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position)

- The successful candidate will need to be a highly sales driven person with a strong personality and has to have strong motivational skills with an ability to work on own initiative
- Results oriented leader with a strong focus on developing new revenue opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to communicate with all Management levels
- Self-motivated with an ability to work in a x-functional environment, with proven ability to influence
- Strong analytical and organizational skills required
Computer Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Sales Force, as well as Google apps (slides, docs, sheets etc…)
Languages
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
