Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying, enterprise software or cybersecurity sales role
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated experience selling complex technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of territory management and sales cycle forecasting
- Business fluency in both English and French
- (Desirable) Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security industry
- (Desirable) Experience cultivating relationships with channel partners to bring a channel-centric go-to-market approach
- (Desirable) Technical aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
- (Desirable) Ability to take a holistic approach to problem solving by considering complex interrelationships and outcomes
- (Desirable) Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction
What the job involves
- As a Regional Sales Manager, you will partner with Cloud Native organizations to secure their entire digital experience by solving critical challenges
- You will lead and drive sales engagements for a comprehensive portfolio of security solutions, acting as a significant driver of company revenue and growth
- This role leverages a solutions-focused sales environment to connect clients with a solution for every stage of threat prevention
- Sell the company's products and solutions through channel partners and by interacting directly with customers in an assigned region
- Utilize consultative selling experience to identify business challenges and create solutions for prospects and customers
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position the portfolio of solutions
- Create clear goals and complete accurate forecasting by developing a detailed territory plan
- Leverage prospect stories to create a compelling value proposition with insights into value for that specific account
- Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect the company's products and services
- Travel as necessary within your territory and to company-wide meetings
