This company is a world‑renowned manufacturer of precision testing systems used to evaluate the mechanical properties of materials and components across industries such as automotive, aerospace, biomedical, and electronics. Their high‑performance systems are critical to quality assurance, research, and product development.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing an established territory across France and Benelux regions. You will nurture existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities. Leading a small team of Sales Engineers, you will ensure excellent customer support and successful delivery of tailored testing solutions across the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage a sales team covering France and the Benelux territory, driving new business and growing existing accounts.
- Sell a range of advanced materials testing systems to automotive, industrial, and academic customers.
- Create and implement territory plans and tailored sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
- Maintain an accurate sales funnel and deliver monthly forecasts and business targets.
Qualifications
- Experience selling capital equipment or scientific instrumentation, ideally in the automotive or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of growing sales over a multi‑year period as a field‑based sales professional.
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Materials Science, or Automotive preferred) or relevant technical background.
- Strong leadership experience of small teams.
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license.
