Regional Sales Manager

Overview

BMC MEDICAL is an international company specialized in medical devices dedicated to home respiratory care, particularly in the fields of CPAP, oxygen therapy and non-invasive ventilation. As part of its expansion in France, BMC MEDICAL is looking to recruit regional sales managers to expand the respiratory care business.

Responsibilities

• Developing French market for BMC Respiratory care products and realize the team’s sales target in relevant requested regions
• Promoted BMC respiratory care solution by visiting and providing training for local homecare providers and target physicians frequently
• Promoted BMC respiratory care solution by attending relevant congresses for sleep and respiratory care
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with homecare providers, key decision-makers and prescribers
• Providing regular and reliable reporting to sales directors

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role in France, ideally within the respiratory care industry or homecare environment
• Knowledge of the Homecare sector and its ecosystem
• Knowledge of the key prescribers involved in respiratory and sleep-related care: Pulmonologists, ENT specialists, Cardiologists and other relevant stakeholders
• Previous experience within a medical device manufacturer or a homecare provider would be a strong advantage
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment
• Fluently speaking English is appreciated

Pay Range and Compensation Package
