We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to support the development and scaling of an innovative Class III implantable therapy across the Nantes, Bordeaux and Tours region.

This is a highly visible role with regional responsibility, combining sales execution, therapy development, clinical education, and market access activity to establish the therapy as a standard of care.

This position is ideally suited to a commercially strong MedTech professional with experience in implantable or high‑tech medical devices who is comfortable operating autonomously in a market‑building role.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall commercial success of the therapy across the Nantes, Bordeaux and Tours region. Acting as the local lead, you will drive sales performance while building therapy awareness, supporting physician training, and working closely with hospitals and stakeholders to enable access and adoption.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for the territory, collaborating closely with European and cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution and long‑term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy aligned with European objectives.
  • Drive sales performance through territory planning, account targeting, funnel development, forecasting, and closing activity.
  • Identify, prioritise and develop key hospital accounts, sleep centres and physician stakeholders across the Nantes, Bordeaux and Tours region.
  • Build long‑term customer relationships to ensure sustainable therapy adoption and growth.

Therapy Awareness & Market Development

  • Lead therapy awareness initiatives to expand understanding and adoption among physicians, hospital administrators and payers.
  • Develop and implement market development plans tailored to the French healthcare system.
  • Act as a therapy expert, clearly communicating clinical value and differentiation.

Clinical Education & Training

  • Deliver clinical education, therapy demonstrations and case support to physicians and clinical teams.
  • Support physician training programmes, workshops and peer‑to‑peer education initiatives.
  • Work closely with Clinical Specialists to ensure high‑quality therapy delivery and patient outcomes.

Stakeholder & Business Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital decision‑makers and professional societies.
  • Represent the organisation at regional and national congresses, meetings and events.
  • Develop and manage business plans, budgets and performance metrics.
  • Accurately forecast sales and pipeline activity.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality, regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven commercial experience within MedTech, ideally in implantable devices, neurostimulation, ENT, cardiology or adjacent therapy areas.
  • Experience in market development, therapy launch or high‑growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of the French healthcare system and hospital decision‑making processes.
  • Ability to balance sales execution with clinical education and therapy development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent French with strong English proficiency.
  • Self‑directed, resilient and comfortable operating independently.
