Regional Sales Manager
Home Office – based in Germany Netherlands or France | Field-Based Role
An international manufacturer of electronic components and connectivity solutions is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across France, Benelux and Africa.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with experience in technical or industrial sales to take ownership of a strategic territory and develop key customer relationships.
Languages are essential for this role: Fluent French and English (written and spoken) are both required.
The Role
As Regional Sales Manager , you will be responsible for developing and growing sales across the territory by managing direct customer relationships, supporting distribution partners and identifying new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include
- Driving sales growth across multiple product lines within the region
- Managing key accounts and strengthening distributor relationships
- Identifying and developing new sales channels and market opportunities
- Visiting customers to build relationships, negotiate contracts and promote solutions
- Delivering product presentations and training to distribution partners
- Collaborating with product management and customer service teams
- Providing forecasts and contributing to the S&OP process
- Achieving or exceeding annual sales targets while managing budgets effectively
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in technical sales, territory sales or key account management
- Background in industrial electronics, connectivity solutions, power products or similar sectors
- Strong strategic selling and customer engagement skills
- Ability to manage a large and diverse territory effectively
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
