Regional Sales Leader - DACH & Benelux

Crealis Group is seeking an Area Manager to lead and grow the DACH & Benelux region, driving revenue, expanding the customer portfolio, and aligning with Group policies.

You will develop regional strategy, manage key accounts, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international industrial setting.

Fluent German and English are essential; French or Italian is a plus. 5–10 years of relevant sales/KAM experience in packaging preferred.
