Job Title: Regional Sales Executive – SMB EuroWest
Location: Remote – France
Job Summary
As a Regional Sales Executive within our SMB division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the French market within your assigned territory. This role is suited to an experienced sales professional with a strong track record in full-cycle sales, capable of managing opportunities independently from initial prospecting through to contract signature. You will position and sell Centric’s PLM solutions to small and medium-sized businesses, primarily within the apparel and fast-moving consumer goods sectors. This role is part of the Global SMB Sales organization, reporting directly to the VP of Sales – SMB, with a dotted-line relationship to the EuroWest sales division ensuring alignment with our core retail market strategy in France.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of revenue generation within your assigned territory.
- Manage the complete sales cycle end-to-end, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across the French SMB market.
- Deliver clear and engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities aligned with Centric’s value proposition.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to define and execute effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and contractual documentation.
- Contribute to and lead responses to RFI/RFP/RFQ processes when required.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and proposed solutions.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Build and execute a structured territory and account plan.
- Represent Centric at relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales or business development within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle independently (from prospecting through to closing).
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Solid experience in new business development and pipeline generation.
- Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes is an advantage.
- Ability to build credibility and long-term relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-evolving technology environment.
