Regional Sales Director
Overview
Enreach for Service Providers, a European leader in converged contact solutions, is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director with a strong international profile and industry expertise. Our mission is to empower partners with customisable, mobile-first contact solutions that transform how users connect and interact.
Role
In this strategic role, you will lead and drive sales initiatives across designated international regions, helping service providers, MSPs, integrators, and resellers leverage Enreach UP – our multi-tenant white-label UC platform that seamlessly integrates FMC, video collaboration, inbound call center functionality, and conversational bots with solutions like Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, CRM, and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner Development: Develop new partnerships with service providers, including managing all commercial activities.
- Commercial Account Management: Develop & support our existing partners to grow their business by managing all commercial activities and updating & maintaining their contract; lead regular steering committees with our key partners to align on performance objectives.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, presales, marketing and finance) to ensure commercial alignment, forecasting and billing accuracy, as well as with operations and support to ensure projects are delivered on time within the defined requirements.
- Analysis Of Competition: Stay informed about the key market players in the UCaaS market and leverage insights to differentiate and strengthen Enreach’s offering.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who is a motivated self-starter with a dynamic, results-driven attitude, and a team leader who fosters collaboration and guides cross-functional projects. Resilient and determined to achieve success.
- 5+ years in commercial management, ideally within telecom, cloud services (SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS), or VoIP.
- Skilled in project management and contract negotiation, with a track record in complex partnerships.
- Proven ability to engage C-level executives and develop successful business strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in contract management and commercial modeling.
- Excellent communicator, able to build relationships and present complex ideas clearly.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and adaptability.
