We are hiring on behalf of a leading global organisationseeking an experienced Regional People Partner to support HR operations acrossFrance, Belgium, and Spain. This is a dynamic opportunity to join ahigh-performing HR team and play a key role in shaping people strategies acrossmultiple countries.

As a trusted HR advisor, you'll lead regionalinitiatives, support employee relations, coach managers, and drive engagementand cultural programs. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functionalteams including payroll, mobility, benefits, and HR operations to ensureconsistent and compliant service delivery.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of HR experience in a regional orgeneralist role
• Strong knowledge of French labor law;familiarity with Belgian and Spanish regulations is a plus
• Proven experience working with works councilsand social relations in France
• Fluency in French and English (Spanish is abonus)
• A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with theability to work independently
