Regional Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and professionalize Operations teams
• Onboard, train and provide operational expertise to Operations teams
• Communicate and standardize methods and best practices
• Manage and optimize profitability drivers
• Ensure compliance with procedures and proper use of IT tools
• Contribute to the integration of newly acquired companies and the launch of new client contracts
• Promote Safety

Requirements

• Minimum: Associate degree (Bac+2) or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role as Operations Manager or Transport/Rental Operator
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Ability to set priorities and manage contingencies
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong proficiency with IT tools (Microsoft Office suite) required
• Ability to work independently
