The Opportunity

Are you a high-energy marketing professional with a passion for turning global strategies into local success? We are looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to join our EMEA team. In this hands-on role, you will be the bridge between global vision and regional execution, ensuring our campaigns resonate with local markets while driving a robust sales pipeline.

You will partner closely with regional sales and global product teams to deliver high-quality marketing programs with excellence and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute regional marketing programs aligned with global strategies and adapt messaging and assets to ensure they hit the mark in local markets.
  • Partner with regional sales teams to generate pipeline through coordinated webinars, events, email campaigns, and account-based programs.
  • Manage timelines, logistics, and execution details for all regional initiatives, ensuring consistent use of marketing platforms and processes.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, leads, and engagement, sharing regional insights and customer feedback to optimize future results.
  • Serve as a reliable execution partner, collaborating across the marketing and sales ecosystem to ensure total alignment on priorities.

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in design, digital advertising, and event support.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
  • You have a mindset for tracking and reporting performance using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce.
  • You have top-tier project management skills and an eagle eye for detail.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a global team.
  • French & English (native or bilingual proficiency)

Education & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and assess the aesthetics of printed materials.
