Your Role
A regional manager you are the cornerstone between business owners, salespeople and our internal teams. Your goal is to manage the distributor network, promote our business expertise and conquer new prospects.
Product‑Related Tasks
- Ensure the best possible distribution of Buronomic and Essential products in the sector.
- Advise and guide the business owners in choosing their product strategy.
- Negotiate the terms of collaboration with the company.
- Implement marketing actions.
- Ensure the implementation of trade agreements.
Distributor Network Tasks
- Diversify the types of distributors to maintain a coherent network.
- Support the network through lead management.
- Accompany distributors to end customers.
- Train and inform salespeople about our products and sales tools.
Missions for Prescribers and End Clients
- Ensure prescription in the sector.
- Identify business opportunities for the development of private or public companies.
- Participate in regional and national trade fairs.
Additional Missions
- Collect field information to improve company performance.
- Inform the quality department of any confirmed non‑conformities.
Key Skills and Personal Qualities
- Bac +2.
- Product knowledge.
- At least one successful initial experience in the field, enabling rapid understanding of needs and activation of the right commercial levers.
- Negotiation ability with tenacity and ability to close deals through trust-building with interlocutors.
- Independent and highly organized, able to optimise schedule and prioritise tasks.
- Typical week: 3 days out in the field per week (with overnight stays) and 2 days administrative work.
Team spirit, managerial skills and enthusiasm are also among your strengths.

Compensation and Benefits
- 30 000 to 48 000 € over 12 months – progressive salary scale.
- Profit‑sharing and performance‑based bonuses.
- 13th month (after a calendar year, payment in the following year).
- Company car (type 3008).
- Mutual insurance.
- Supplementary pension.
- Status: Manager, 8‑month probationary period.
Permanent position available immediately – with a full integration program.
