Your role
The Regional Manager is the cornerstone between business owners, salespeople and internal teams.
Goal: manage the distributor network, promote our business expertise and acquire new prospects.
Product‑related tasks
- Ensure the best possible distribution of Buronomic and Essential products in the sector
- Advise and guide the business owner in choosing their product strategy
- Negotiate collaboration terms with the company
- Implement marketing actions
- Ensure implementation of trade agreements
Distributor‑network tasks
- Diversify the types of distributors to maintain a coherent network
- Support the network through lead management
- Accompany distributors to end customers
- Train and inform salespeople about our products and sales tools
Prescriber/End‑client tasks
- Ensure prescription in the sector
- Identify business opportunities for the development of private or public companies
- Participate in regional and national trade fairs
Additional missions
- Collect field information to improve company performance
- Inform the Quality department of any confirmed non‑conformities
Qualifications & skills
- Bac +2
- Product knowledge
- At least one successful initial experience in the field, allowing quick understanding of needs and activation of commercial levers to achieve objectives
- Negotiation tenacity and ability to close deals by building trust with interlocutors
- Independent and highly organized, optimising schedule and prioritising tasks
- Typical week: 3 days in the field per week (with overnight stays) and 2 days of administrative work
Benefits & compensation
- Salary: 30 000 € (entry level) to 48 000 € (experienced) per annum, with a progressive scale
- Profit‑sharing and performance‑based bonuses
- 13th month after a full calendar year

Location
Ideally located in the Lyon – Grenoble – Marseille triangle.
