Regional Luxury Retail Director Europe & Middle East

HRsource is seeking a Regional Retail Manager based in Paris to oversee an established network of luxury boutiques across Europe and the Middle East. You will lead commercial performance, boutique management and regional development, traveling regularly.

The role requires proven experience managing multiple stores and navigating diverse markets. You will work with Store Directors and Boutique Managers to drive growth, CRM programs and high standards across all locations.
