Regional Leasing & Marketing Manager

Greystar is seeking a Community Marketing & Leasing Manager to direct marketing, advertising and sales across multiple properties. The role requires travel between sites in the Charlotte region to maximize occupancy and revenue, while leading the leasing team and coordinating with maintenance to keep communities market-ready.

The position includes on-site responsibilities, a flexible schedule and potential bonus programs in addition to base pay.
