Regional Key Accounts Manager
Overview
Client relationship management. You defend and grow KONE’s installed base with your Strategic Clients by ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction. You respond to complex tenders. As the primary client contact at KONE, you are responsible for the delivery of marketed services and you contribute to handling any potential complaints. Business development. You proactively create and develop relationships with Regional Key Accounts. Within your volume and margin objectives, you market maintenance and modernization offers. You implement action plans defined in collaboration with the sales management to develop KONE’s growth. Strategic vision. You support the integration and upskilling of your colleagues. You participate in strategic experience-sharing meetings with your peers to evolve the business vision, improve tools and discuss key challenges.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a commercial or technical field (Bac+4/5)
- Proven successful experience in sales, preferably in the service sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong competitive spirit.
- Your persuasive ability, negotiation skills and autonomy will enable you to contribute to the Group’s results while focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in English will facilitate your development within the Group.
- A strong interest in teamwork and a commitment to quality are key factors for success.
