Regional HR Leader, EMEA – People Ops & Growth

BSI is seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager-EMEA to lead HR delivery across multiple countries. You will manage a regional team of HR Generalists and Administrators, ensuring high-quality, compliant HR support and a positive employee experience.

You will partner with People Partners, Employee Relations, Reward, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS teams to implement global programmes while ensuring local relevance and compliance.
