What you'll do

• Recruit and manage affiliates (KOLs, traders, communities)
• Drive DAU and transaction volume via referral/rebate funnels
• Plan local events, campaigns, and online activations; manage our local moderators to help with executions
• Promote wallet features (swap, perp, gas tools)
• Work with our marketing team to host AMAs, meetups, Twitter Spaces
• Track performance using on‑chain tools and present to management team

What you'll need

• Based in EU (preferably UK or France)
• Strong DeFi knowledge (swap + perp DEX: GMX, Lyra, Uniswap, etc.)
• Affiliate experience (operated or joined affiliate programs)
• Experience with campaign tools (Zealy, Galxe) and local collaborations
• Fluent in English; French is a plus
