Regional ER Specialist — Southern Europe (Remote)

BSI is recruiting a Regional Employee Relations Specialist to support the Southern Europe region. This remote role focuses on investigations, case management, policy implementation, and ER initiatives in a complex regional landscape.

You will partner with People Operations and HR teams to ensure compliant, employee-centric outcomes. Responsibilities include managing disciplinary and performance matters, conducting investigations, and developing regional ER programs while staying aligned with
