Regional Director, Solution Consulting

Pegasystems is seeking a Director of Solution Consulting to lead and grow a high‑performing team across France and the Middle East. You will drive discovery, solution vision, and executive storytelling to position the value of Pega’s platform in complex enterprise deals.

You will partner with Sales to shape regional strategy, coach leaders, and ensure consistent, measurable outcomes for customers while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
