Regional Delivery Station Manager M/F
At the heart of our logistics network, Regional Delivery Station Managers are responsible for delivering operational excellence at scale.
This is a high-impact field leadership role designed for leaders who thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy solving complex operational challenges, and know how to build high-performing teams across multiple sites.
You will directly lead one flagship Delivery Station while overseeing a network of regional stations managed by Site Leads. From operational performance and partner governance to safety, compliance, and cost control, you will own the end-to-end execution of your regional perimeter.
What You’ll Do
Own Operations
- Lead a flagship Delivery Station with full accountability for performance, customer experience, safety, staffing, and financial results.
- Drive key operational metrics including OTD, FTD, productivity, quality, and cost per parcel.
- Build a strong operational culture through visible leadership and daily engagement with teams on the ground.
Lead a Regional Network
- Manage and coach Site Leads across multiple Delivery Stations.
- Ensure operational consistency, compliance, and execution excellence across the region.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide hands‑on support during peaks and critical events.
Build Strong Delivery Partnerships
- Manage DSP and staffing agency relationships across the region.
- Drive partner performance through scorecards, audits, SLA reviews, and continuous improvement plans.
- Collaborate with Procurement, HR, Finance, Legal, and Planning teams to scale operations efficiently.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Own regional forecasting, budget planning, and performance recovery initiatives.
- Use data to make fast, informed operational decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering, or Business
- 6+ year experience in managing a team plus a full P & L with a strong background in logistics, transportation, express parcel, or last‑mile operations.
- Proven success managing high-volume operations and outsourced delivery models.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and French and able to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Willing to travel regularly across the region (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur).
