Regional Counsel, SEMEA — Complex Contracts & Disputes

GE Vernova Electrification is seeking a regional Legal Counsel for SEMEA to provide expert legal support to Sales, Sourcing and Project teams on complex contracts, tenders, and corporate matters across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The ideal candidate has an LL.B./J.D. or equivalent, about 15 years in commercial and corporate law, with experience in high-value contracts and disputes. Fluency in English, French and Arabic is required, with willingness to travel up to 10%.
