I’m hiring for a senior commercial role with a global AdTech business expanding across France and Southern Europe.

The role will focus on building senior relationships across agencies, holding companies and advertisers, driving revenue growth, shaping local GTM strategy and opening enterprise-level commercial opportunities.

Best‑fit backgrounds will include:

• Data‑led AdTech
• Programmatic audience solutions
• Measurement / analytics
• DMP, DSP, SSP or data platforms
• SaaS / DAAS within digital advertising
• Agency holding company partnerships

You’ll need:

• Strong French market relationships
• Proven commercial track record in AdTech / data sales
• Ability to lead complex consultative sales cycles
• Experience selling to agencies, brands or holding company teams
• Strong understanding of programmatic, audience targeting, data partnerships or measurement

This would suit a Senior Sales Director, Commercial Director, early Country Manager or senior IC ready for more market ownership.

Location: Paris / France-based

Package: likely €120k–€140k base , with flexibility for a standout profile.
