Regional Claims Quality & Governance Specialist

Sompo International is seeking a Claims Governance & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Continental Europe Claims team in Paris. This role plays a key part in strengthening our governance framework and enhancing claims quality.

Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. The position includes independent QA reviews, J-SOX control coordination, and producing KPI dashboards.
