Mission

As a REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER AFRICA / ASIA & ASIA PACIFIC, your mission is to lead and grow the company commercial activity across assigned international markets, driving both revenue and profitability. You will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding a strong network of partners to safeguard and accelerate business growth. Success in this role requires ensuring operational excellence and seamless alignment with internal teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Financial Accountability: Fully responsible for the region’s P&L, ensuring operating margins are maintained and optimised.
• KPI and Growth Strategy: Define key performance indicators and design growth strategies tailored to the region, aligned with company’s strategic objectives.
• Operational and Marketing Oversight: Manage operational expenditures and marketing investments to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximise effectiveness.
• Export Strategy Execution: Develop and implement export strategies that support sales and margin goals, enhancing competitiveness in global markets.
• Market Opportunity Analysis: Identify new market opportunities and analyse trends to provide strategic insights that drive business growth.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with partners to secure favourable agreements and maximise profitability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, legal, finance, medical, and innovation teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and support Export Area Managers, Business Development Managers, and other team members to foster high performance.
• Strategic Alignment: Provide effective leadership to ensure team efficiency and alignment with the company’s strategic direction.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering or health & science-related field.
• Experience: Proven solid experience of +5 years in international regional management and team leadership, especially in health or food supplement sectors, is required.
• Skills: Strategic vision, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are critical for managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
• International Collaboration: Advanced English and French proficiency, independence, teamwork, and willingness to travel internationally are essential for global engagement.
• Advanced language proficiency: is a plus (e.g. Spanish and Arabic)
• Digital Skills: Proficiency in digital tools and platforms relevant to export operations (e.g., SAP, Excel, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, collaboration platforms, et al.), with a strong orientation toward process digitalisation and continuous improvement.
