Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy strategies to grow the aftersales business within the region.
- Manage revenue and margin targets for the aftersales business.
- Develop growth strategies for aftersales.
- Implement strategies and tactics for growth.
- Apply standard work and processes within distribution partners in the region.
- Regain opportunities of lost aftersales business.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of working experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics.
- Experience and exposure in consumables or recurring business sales and business management.
- History of working in data‑driven sales analytics and strategic selling of consumables in a high volume, highly transactional and very competitive environment.
- Desirable to have consumables and service associated with capital goods sales.
- Experience in industrials or manufacturing related industries.
