Position Overview You will serve as a Regional Account Manager within Polaris Adventures, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of outfitter and dealer relationships across a defined region. In this role, you will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to onboard new accounts, maintain strong relationships, and identify opportunities to expand business performance. You will use data, structured processes, and consistent communication to support outfitter success and ensure alignment with program expectations. Your work will directly influence regional growth and the effectiveness of Polaris Adventures’ commercial operations. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of outfitter accounts within an assigned region, serving as the primary point of contact and relationship owner.
Lead onboarding efforts for new accounts, including onsite training, operational support, and communication of program policies and guidelines.
Establish and maintain regular communication cadences with outfitters, including in-person meetings, to reinforce program value and expectations.
Monitor account performance by tracking key metrics, identifying process gaps, and ensuring adherence to program standards.
Develop and present business reviews that highlight performance trends, growth opportunities, and compliance with program requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely implementation of solutions and consistent service delivery.
