The Regional Account Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dubai, responsible for developing and managing customer relationships within the assigned region. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and promoting the company’s packaging solutions to meet client needs and drive revenue growth. The Regional Account Manager will conduct regular client visits, prepare and deliver proposals, coordinate pricing and contract negotiations, and ensure timely follow‑up on inquiries and orders. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams on product availability and after‑sales support, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires representing the company at industry events, building a strong regional network, and consistently providing a high level of service and communication to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in regional or key account management, ideally within packaging, manufacturing, or industrial solutions.
- Strong skills in relationship building, customer service, and stakeholder management to support long‑term client partnerships.
- Competence in sales planning, pipeline management, and negotiation, with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Solid business communication skills, both written and verbal, and confidence in presenting solutions to diverse audiences.
- Analytical abilities to understand market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics in the region.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Ability to work independently on‑site, prioritize multiple accounts, and manage time effectively across the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client visits and industry events.
