Overview

FDJ UNITED is seeking a Référent Solution Finance Oracle Cloud to support our finance transformation initiatives. In a rapidly evolving group, you will serve as the functional finance key‑person for Oracle Cloud, bridging business needs with application solutions to ensure harmonised, efficient processes across the Group.

Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end finance users and provide coaching on best practices.
• Analyze business requirements, challenge proposals, and recommend functional enhancements.
• Lead finance transformation projects, such as integration of new entities, process automation, and Oracle Cloud environment changes.
• Ensure data quality, reference data consistency, and the smooth operation of finance solutions in collaboration with IT and external partners.
• Continuously improve processes and actively monitor opportunities for evolution and innovation.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in consulting or transformation support for financial organisations.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud with hands‑on experience in deployment, transformation or maintenance projects.
• Deep knowledge of core financial and accounting processes and ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical, pragmatic, and able to challenge, persuade and mobilise stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English.
