Référent Médical Régional
Position Summary
You will act as the regional medical expert, building trusted scientific relationships with healthcare professionals. You will deliver balanced, evidence-based medical information and collect clinical insights to inform regional and national medical strategy. You will work closely with medical, clinical, and cross‑functional colleagues. We value curiosity, collaboration and clear communication. Responsibilities
- Lead non‑promotional, scientific one‑to‑one and small group discussions with healthcare professionals and regional experts.
- Develop and implement a regional medical plan in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Respond to medical inquiries with accurate, balanced and timely scientific information.
- Gather clinical and care‑pathway insights from the field and share them with internal stakeholders.
- Support regional medical education, meetings and advisory boards, and train field teams on scientific topics.
- Contribute to local evidence generation and help identify and engage potential clinical investigators and study sites.
Work Arrangement
This is a field‑based, hybrid role in France with regular travel across your assigned region. You will work from home, meet healthcare professionals in the field, and travel to regional and national scientific meetings as needed.
Basic Qualification
- Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences or equivalent (MD, PharmD, PhD, or Master’s level with relevant experience).
- First experience as Medical Sales Liaison mandatory.
- Clinical experience or strong clinical knowledge in a relevant therapeutic area.
- Proven ability to interpret, summarise and communicate scientific data clearly to clinical audiences.
- Experience working in a regional medical, medical affairs or similar role, with demonstrated field‑based engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for one‑to‑one and group settings; professional level French; good written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience with vaccines, infectious disease or immunology.
- Experience supporting investigator‑initiated studies or local evidence generation.
- Prior work in a matrix organisation, collaborating with commercial, clinical and regulatory colleagues.
- Familiarity with the French healthcare system and regional specialty networks.
- Track record of organising regional scientific meetings or advisory boards.
- Comfort using digital engagement channels and medical information systems.

Salary
French Salary Range / Fourchette salariale – France EUR 63,975 to EUR 106,625
