Ref AS RRH2 RESPONSABLE RH Société de Services Techniques AERO (H/F)

Responsabilités

• Recruitment in direct relation with sales needs for technicians, through selected ETTs and via social networks.
• Managing a majority workforce (over 80% on permanent contracts) across multiple manufacturing sites in France: hiring, contracts, absences, leave, sickness, accidents, individual interviews, contentions, salary monitoring.
• Preparation and follow‑up of IR P and participation in the CSE per legal requirements.

Profil

• Bac+2 to Bac+5 in Human Resources.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Experience in recruitment in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of labor law.
• Autonomous, motivated, proactive, available, capable of managing small dynamic structures, excellent interpersonal skills.
